Booking Policy – KBH Celebration Experiences
To secure your Celebration Experience, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Rescheduling
Minimum 72-hour notice required to reschedule
If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, the booking is forfeited, and no refund applies
One reschedule permitted per booking
Cancellations
7 days or more before appointment: Full refund minus £20 admin/processing fee
Less than 7 days before appointment: No refund will be issued
