You should avoid this combo of treatments if you have:

⛔Experienced a head, neck or muscle injury
⛔A history of thrombosis or embolism
⛔Spondylitis or spondylosis
⛔Any other scalp conditions (please get in touch to clarify if you are suitable)
⛔Severe form of acne
⛔Inflammation of the skin
⛔Eczema/Psoriasis
⛔Sunburn
⛔Abnormal, unidentified growth or mark
⛔Cold sores or fever blisters
⛔Open lesions
⛔Communicable disease (Lupus/Scleroderma)
⛔Autoimmune disease, HIV, Lupus, Hepatitis, Scleroderma
⛔Epilepsy
⛔Anticoagulant therapy
⛔Cancer patients
⛔Other aesthetic treatments such as Botox (wait 10 days), Fillers (wait 10 days), Peels (wait 30 days), Laser (wait until lesions heal & swelling, redness is gone)
Textured hair:
We welcome everyone to our Head Spa and there are no limitation during the actual treatment. However, the treatment includes only simple hair drying at the end so we are unable to style your hair or blow dry it in the curtain way.
Disclaimer:
If you have extensions, braids, weaves, wigs, or any other added in hair or accessories that may come loose with vigorous scrubbing or massaging during head spa treatment, please make sure that you notify us before hand. It will be up the discretion of the service provider to continue with your appointment. If your braids or hair accessories loosen or come out as a result of the service, it is not the responsibility of KBH or our service providers to fix or compensate you if such an issue were to arise.
How does the booking work?
Once we receive your booking we will contact you to arrange the date for your appointment. We advise calling the salon prior to booking to confirm availability. Please refer to our policies in regards to refunds etc.
