Treatment orders and bookings:
It's important to remember the conditions tied to your recent purchase to ensure you make the most of it. For standard purchases, you need to schedule your appointment within 30 days from the purchase date; failing to do so will result in the order expiring without any refund option. If your purchase was part of a special offer, make sure to check the specific booking window mentioned in the offer details. This will help you avoid any disappointment and ensure you enjoy the benefits of your purchase within the stipulated time frame. Always refer to the terms and conditions for any additional information or clarification needed.
Consultation:
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete and sign the necessary consultation forms. Completing these forms ahead of your treatment is crucial, as we cannot proceed without them, and unfortunately, a refund will not be available if the forms are not signed. Your cooperation helps us provide you with the best possible care and service. Thank you for your understanding and punctuality.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate your consideration. Your time is important to us, just as we hope ours is to you. If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients. If cancellation occurs after this period, unfortunately, any booking fee or full payment already paid will not be refundable. To ensure you still receive your desired service, please reschedule your appointment within 7 days. Kindly note that booking fees cannot be transferred to a different treatment. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Rescheduling Policy:
Our policy on rescheduling appointments is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring smooth operations. We reserve the right to reschedule any appointment by providing you with at least 24 hours notice. If the new time is inconvenient, you can reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. Should you need to initiate a rescheduling, we require a 48-hour notice or a 72-hour notice for treatments on special offer. Failing to notify us within these timeframes means you can still re-book your appointment within 7 days of the original date however a £15 re-booking fee will apply. Please note that all re-bookings depend on our availability.
Latecomer Policy:
Our commitment is to provide you with the best possible service experience, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to your scheduled appointment time. If you anticipate a delay, please keep in mind that your service will conclude at its originally designated time to accommodate other clients. For certain treatments, arriving more than 10 minutes late might necessitate rescheduling, and a late cancellation fee could apply. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality, which help us ensure smooth and timely service for all our valued clients.
No Show Policy:
If an appointment is missed without prior notice, the booking fee or full amount paid for that appointment will be forfeited. To secure your spot for future bookings, we kindly ask that appointments be prepaid in full at the time of booking. This policy helps us manage our schedule and provide the best possible service to all our cherished clients.
Refund Policy:
Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved. Please note that booking fees are non-refundable. If you have paid in full and need to cancel, we will issue a refund minus a 20% cancelation fee. For cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, we offer the opportunity to reschedule your treatment within 7 days. This rescheduling must be for the same treatment originally booked. It's important to understand that treatments are not transferable to other individuals or clinics. Additionally, no refunds can be provided for prepaid packages or treatments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies.
Guarantee:
When considering treatments, it's important to understand that while we strive to offer the best service possible, results can vary significantly from person to person. Unfortunately, due to this variability, we do not offer guarantees on the outcomes of our treatments, which means refunds are not available if you are dissatisfied with the results. However, we are committed to ensuring that you receive personalized care, starting with a thorough consultation to assess your health and needs. This allows us to recommend the most suitable treatment options tailored specifically for you, aiming to provide the best possible outcome within the scope of our expertise. Your well-being is our priority, and we are here to support you throughout your treatment journey.

Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exhibit inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff, or pose any potential threat to the well-being of our business and its atmosphere. We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for everyone, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us achieve this goal.
Health and Safety Policy:

We kindly ask that if you are experiencing symptoms of any contagious infection, you consider rescheduling your appointment to a time when you are fully recovered. This helps to maintain a safe environment for everyone involved. Additionally, as part of our safety protocols, you may be required to wear a mask or have your temperature checked upon arrival. These measures are in place to protect our community and ensure that we can continue to provide our services safely and responsibly.
Pricing Policy:
At our salon, we strive to provide transparent and fair pricing, though prices may occasionally vary based on services and promotions. To ensure you receive the most accurate pricing information, we recommend scheduling a complimentary in-salon consultation. Please note that if you have already booked an appointment, whether paid or unpaid, you will not be eligible for any special offers that were not valid at the time of booking. For clients choosing package treatments, it is important to schedule sessions weekly to maintain optimal results, except fat freezing treatments, which should be scheduled every 2 to 4 weeks.
Special Offers:
Our booking policy requires full payment upfront, with no refunds available. Once you've booked your appointment, you can change the date with at least 72 hours' notice, but the new date must still fall within the validity period of the offer. Please note that only one date change is permitted. If you miss your appointment or cancel, the full payment will be forfeited. For package treatments, sessions must be scheduled weekly, except for fat freezing treatments, which should occur every 2 to 4 weeks.
