KBH Treatments - Client Policies
At KBH Treatments, we aim to deliver exceptional service in a welcoming and professional environment. To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies. These guidelines help us operate efficiently and maintain high standards of care.
1. Booking and Treatment Orders

These terms apply specifically to discounted treatments and time-limited promotional offers. They override general booking policies where stated.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

No refunds are available for special offers.

One date change is allowed per offer booking, provided at least 72 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduled dates must fall within the offer’s validity period.

Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in full payment being forfeited.

Special offers are non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions.
2. Consultations

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your consultation and consent forms. These forms are mandatory, and we cannot proceed with your treatment without them.

Failure to complete the forms may result in cancellation of your appointment without refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Only one reschedule is permitted per appointment. Additional requests may be declined.

If the 72-hour notice period has passed and you cancel or attempt to reschedule, your appointment and payment will be forfeited.

At our discretion, we may offer a one-time rebooking of the same treatment within 7 days for a £15 rebooking fee, subject to availability. This exception is not guaranteed and does not apply to all bookings.

If you cancel with at least 7 days’ notice, or on medical grounds (subject to approval), you will receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.
4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule appointments with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment. Further changes may be declined.

At our discretion, and depending on availability, a one-time rebooking may be allowed for a £15 fee (see Cancellation Policy above).

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice due to operational needs.
5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid disrupting other clients.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse the service or reschedule your appointment at our discretion.

In either case, a cancellation fee will apply following our policy.
6. No Show Policy

If you miss an appointment without notice, your booking fee or full payment will be forfeited.

Future bookings must be prepaid in full to secure your appointment.
7. Refund Policy

Booking fees are non-refundable.
-
Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice, or on medical grounds (subject to approval), are eligible for a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will not be refunded, and the appointment will be forfeited.

Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or clinic.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to process.
8. Treatment Guarantee

We do not offer guarantees on treatment outcomes, as results vary from person to person.

No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with results.

We conduct thorough consultations to ensure treatments are suitable and tailored to your needs.
9. Privacy Policy

Client information is kept confidential and is used only to provide services, communicate updates, and send relevant marketing.

We do not share your data with third parties.

By booking with us, you consent to the storage and use of your data by our privacy practices and relevant UK GDPR.
10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is:

Under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Abusive, disrespectful, or threatening toward staff or clients

Exhibiting behaviour that could compromise safety or comfort

11. Health and Safety

If you are unwell or showing signs of a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.

You may be asked to wear a mask or have your temperature taken as part of our safety protocols.

By attending your appointment, you confirm that you are fit to receive treatment and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.
12. Pricing Policy

Prices may vary depending on service and promotional offers.
-
Complimentary consultations are available to confirm accurate pricing.

Once booked, appointments are not eligible for promotional pricing introduced afterwards.

Package treatments must be booked weekly unless otherwise stated (e.g. fat freezing should be every 2–4 weeks).
