KBH Treatments Policies

At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their KBH Treatments experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Consultation:

Please note, you will have to arrive 15min earlier prior to your appointment in order to complete and sign the consultation forms. We will not be able to proceed with the treatments without completed and signed consultation forms and no refund will be offered.

Cancellation Policy:

 We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 48h hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a loss of the deposit or full amount already paid. You need to reschedule your cancelled appointment within 7 days. The deposit is non-transferable for another treatment.

Rescheduling Policy:

 We reserve the right to reschedule any appointment giving you a minimum 2 hours notice prior to your appointment time. If the time is not suitable for you, you can reschedule your appointment free of charge. If you wish to reschedule an appointment, you can do so however we require 48h notice (72h for treatments on special offer). If you fail to notify us within the timeframe previously mentioned, you could then re-book your appointment for a different date/time within 7 days from the date of the original appointment however a £15 re-booking fee will be requested prior to rescheduling. Re-bookings are subject to availability.

Latecomer Policy:

If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time. Please be sure to arrive on time. For some treatments, any late arrivals, more than 10 minutes, will need rescheduling and will incur a late cancellation fee.

No Show Policy:

Please be advised that our salon has a no-show policy whereby any no-shows would lose the deposit/full amount paid. Any future appointments would have to be pre-paid in full prior to booking.

Refund Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable. If you have paid in full we will refund you minus 20%. If you have cancelled your appointment within 48h you need to reschedule within 7 days for the same treatment you have originally booked for. Treatments are not transferable  to other individual or clinics. No refunds will be offered on prepaid packages or treatments.

Guarantee:

We do not offer guarantee on results from any treatments provided by us, hence we can not offer refund if you are not satisfied with results.. We do however insure, that we carry out a consultation and advice on best treatment that suits your health and needs.

Privacy Policy:

Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties

Right to refuse policy:

Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.

Health and Safety Policy:

The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks or get your temperature tested.

Pricing Policy:

Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation. If you have already booked an appointment (paid or no paid) you won't be able to claim any special offers if they were not valid on the date of your booking. Package treatments must be taken on weekly basis except fat freezing which is every 2 - 4 weeks.

Special Offers:

Full payment is required in advance with no option for refund. Once you book your appointment we require 72h notice to change the appointment date. New appointment date has to be within the dates the offer is valid for. Only one date change is allowed and full payment is due if no shows or cancellation occurs.

Package treatments must be taken on weekly basis except fat freezing which is every 2 - 4 weeks.
