KBH Treatments Policies

KBH Treatments - Client Policies

At KBH Treatments, we aim to deliver exceptional service in a welcoming and professional environment. To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies. These guidelines help us operate efficiently and maintain high standards of care.

1. Booking and Treatment Orders

  • Appointments must be booked within 30 days of purchase. If no booking is made within this time, the order will expire, and no refund will be issued.

  • For special offers, bookings must be made within the validity window stated in the offer details.

  • Always refer to individual offer terms and conditions for further information.

  • Clients who purchase services through Groupon or Wowcher are still required to adhere to all KBH Treatments salon policies listed below.

2. Consultations

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your consultation and consent forms. These forms are mandatory, and we cannot proceed with your treatment without them.

  • Failure to complete the forms may result in cancellation of your appointment without refund.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance (or 72 hours for special offer appointments) to avoid any charges.

  • We allow only one rescheduling per appointment. Further changes will not be permitted.

  • If you contact us after the 48/72-hour window, your appointment and payment will be forfeited.

  • At our discretion, we may allow rebooking for a £15 fee, subject to availability.

  • If you choose to cancel within the 48-hour window, we will refund your payment minus a 20% cancellation fee.

  • Booking fees are non-transferable between treatments.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Clients may reschedule appointments with 48 hours’ notice for regular bookings and 72 hours’ notice for special offer treatments.

  • Only one reschedule is permitted per appointment. Additional requests may be declined.

5. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid disrupting other clients.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

 

6. No Show Policy

  • If you miss an appointment without notice, your booking fee or full payment will be forfeited.

  • Future bookings must be prepaid in full to secure your appointment.

7. Refund Policy

  • Booking fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice (72 hours for special offers) are eligible for a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.

  • If you contact us after the notice period, no refund will be offered and the appointment will be forfeited.

  • At our discretion, you may rebook the appointment within 7 days for the same treatment, subject to a £15 rebooking fee.

  • Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or clinic.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to process.

 

8. Treatment Guarantee

  • We do not offer guarantees on treatment outcomes, as results vary from person to person.

  • No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with results.

  • We conduct thorough consultations to ensure treatments are suitable and tailored to your needs.

 

9. Privacy Policy

  • Client information is kept confidential and is used only to provide services, communicate updates, and send relevant marketing.

  • We do not share your data with third parties.

  • By booking with us, you consent to the storage and use of your data by our privacy practices and relevant UK GDPR.

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is:

    • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs

    • Abusive, disrespectful, or threatening toward staff or clients

    • Exhibiting behaviour that could compromise safety or comfort

11. Health and Safety

  • If you are unwell or showing signs of a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.

  • You may be asked to wear a mask or have your temperature taken as part of our safety protocols.

  • By attending your appointment, you confirm that you are fit to receive treatment and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

12. Pricing Policy

  • Prices may vary depending on service and promotional offers.

  • Complimentary consultations are available to confirm accurate pricing.

  • Once booked, appointments are not eligible for promotional pricing introduced afterwards.

  • Package treatments must be booked weekly unless otherwise stated (e.g. fat freezing should be every 2–4 weeks).

 

13. Special Offers

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • No refunds are available for special offers.

  • One date change is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice, and must fall within the offer's validity period.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the full payment being forfeited.

  • Special offers are non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions.

 

14. Complaints Policy

  • We are committed to delivering high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • We will do our best to resolve your concern promptly and professionally, following our customer care standards.

 

Client Agreement By booking an appointment with KBH Treatments, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the policies stated above.
