This experience combines calming aromatherapy, soothing audio, and specialised scalp techniques, finishing with our signature “waterfall” rinse experience — a gentle water-flow sensation designed to create a feeling of calm and freshness.

What the Treatment Includes
Sound Therapy - Relaxing background audio designed to promote a peaceful atmosphere and enhance the overall relaxation experience.
Aromatherapy - Carefully selected aromatic oils are used to create a calming sensory environment.
Gentle Scalp Stimulation- Light manual scalp techniques designed to awaken the scalp and support overall scalp comfort.
Scalp Relaxation Techniques- Soft fingertip movements that create a pleasant scalp sensation and help release built-up tension.
Scalp Tool Techniques- Specialised tools used to support scalp comfort and create soothing sensations across the scalp.
Waterfall Rinse Experience-A gentle water-flow simulation that enhances the feeling of cleanliness, calm, and relaxation.
Towel-Dry Finish-This express treatment does not include shampooing, conditioning, or hair masks. Clients will have access to a blow dryer for up to 10 minutes after the treatment if they wish to dry their hair.

• Active scalp conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, or infections

Textured Hair: While we aim to provide a relaxing experience for all clients, we currently do not offer rough-dry services for textured hair types.
 
Hair Extensions, Braids, Weaves, or Wigs:This treatment is not suitable for clients with extensions, braids, weaves, or wigs, as these may be compromised during the service.

Are taking prescribed medication that may affect the skin, healing, circulation, or immune system
Have had recent surgery, injectables, or medical procedures (within advised timeframes)
