Our Relaxing Massage is a non-therapeutic treatment designed to promote relaxation, comfort, and general wellbeing. The massage uses gentle to moderate pressure and flowing movements to help ease everyday tension and encourage physical relaxation.
This treatment is not intended as a medical or remedial therapy and does not involve deep tissue, sports, corrective, or clinical massage techniques.
Treatment overview
The massage focuses on soothing movements applied to the muscles and soft tissues of the body, helping to create a sense of calm and relaxation. Pressure can be adjusted to suit individual comfort levels while remaining within a relaxing massage framework.

Back, neck and shoulders - 30 min
add on arms - 10 min

Our treatments are not suitable for everyone. For safety and insurance purposes, treatments cannot be carried out on clients who:
 
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have any medical conditions requiring ongoing medical care
Have heart conditions, pacemakers, or circulatory disorders
Have kidney, liver, or autoimmune conditions
Have active cancer, are undergoing chemotherapy/radiotherapy, or are in recovery
Have epilepsy, diabetes, or neurological conditions
Have severe skin conditions, open wounds, infections, or active inflammation
Are taking prescribed medication that may affect the skin, healing, circulation, or immune system
Have had recent surgery, injectables, or medical procedures (within advised timeframes)
Have any other medical condition - please inform us prior to booking in order to confirm the treatment(s) will be suitable for you. 
 
If you are pregnant, we regret that we are unable to offer this treatment, as it is not suitable during pregnancy.
