Wood Therapy also known as Maderoterapy is an intense massage treatment that helps sculpt the body and removes cellulite.

How does it work?
The technique employs a series of repetitive movements using 5-6 different wooden tools. These tools manipulate targeted areas of cellulite and fat and stimulate the lymphatic drainage system in order to rid the body of stored toxins and refine, firms the treated areas on the body.

Before & after your treatment you should be eating healthy and following a low fat diet. Hydration is paramount so we recommend you drink at least 2 litres of water in the 24 hours leading up to your appointment as well as after your appointment.
